My dad sent this to me in an email a few weeks ago. I really enjoyed it and thought to share it with others, but then I held off. Seems appropriate to share now more than ever.
It is hard to wrap my mind around the scope of yesterday’s tragedy. I am not a parent yet so that blessing and bond is one I have yet to fully understand. I do however, understand the power of family, love and loss. Such violence, especially targeted at such innocence, is unfathomable.
When it comes to the impact of a child, it is unmeasurable. Their smile, their delicate innocence, their potential – they truly give so many a true purpose in their lives.
Continued heavy hearts and prayers go out to all parents, children and the immediate people impacted by the senseless tragedy in Connecticut.
As promised, another playlist. I love instrumental music, it’s so versatile. Sometimes it’s simply ambiance music and other times I draw inspiration from these tracks. I play these when I cook, write, relax, drive, run.. It was hard to narrow this list, so I picked a few artists and tracks from my recent playlists. There is definitely variety in this playlist, so make sure to check them out.
