Hello World!

As soon as I signed in to write this post, some old Jo Dee Messina lyrics came to mind :) It seems as though I write, promise to write more frequently and then a few more weeks or months go by again! I love to write, I absolutely love it. At this time however, my blog is simply a means to express my heart and connect with those reading so it takes a back seat from time to time.

Over the past few months, there’s been a lot going on and when I sit down to share / blog, it’s been directed over at our Girls Gone Strong site. After a few months of holidays, a relocation and an anniversary that makes my heart heavy every year in early February, I’ve found that all is finally clear on my horizon! I’m also very excited to pair back up with Carter (my long time coach) to reintegrate a structured training and nutrition program… The lioness is out!     It’s good to hear that the lioness is out once again! Writing always makes someone special. How words and articles come alive every time they are being read by the reader is such a fulfilling thing, paired it up with some intensive actions, exercises and training. What more I could say! Continue to adore us Alli!
